🍫 Coffee Cup City Toffee Fudge Bars
This started as a simple experiment and turned into exactly what I needed it to be.
Cottage cheese blended smooth, folded gently with dark chocolate, poured into a lined dish, and finished with a quiet layer of crushed toffee and chocolate.
Nothing fancy. No rush to perfect it.
Just paying attention to texture, balance, and how it felt to make something slowly.
There’s something grounding about smoothing the top, about watching chocolate settle, about knowing when to stop instead of pushing it further. This wasn’t about a final recipe or a big reveal — it was about letting the kitchen do its work and trusting that the process was enough.
